Blackburn Rovers title-winner Colin Hendry has expressed his support for Tony Mowbray's return to Ewood Park, believing his second stint will bring stability to the club. Mowbray has been installed for a second stint in the dugout at Rovers, having enjoyed success in his previous five-year spell. Hendry, who lifted the ultimate prize for Rovers in 1995, believes his return is a welcome one and will bring stability. "I’m delighted because I think he’s a great manager and he’s done a fantastic job here before," Hendry said. "He’s got a good understanding of the club and the players, and I think he’ll bring a bit of stability to the place." Mowbray has a tough task ahead of him, with Rovers currently struggling in the Championship. However, Hendry is confident that his return will be a positive one for the club. "I think he’ll bring a bit of calmness to the place and get the team playing the way they should be playing," Hendry said. "He’s got a good eye for talent and he’ll get the best out of the players."
