Blackburn Rovers have announced a new long-term partnership with Umbro from the 2026/27 campaign. The club's new official technical kit partner follows the conclusion of the previous deal with Macron.

What happened?

Umbro first supplied Blackburn Rovers in 1974 and has been part of several defining kit moments for the club. The new partnership will build on that energy, creating kits and training products designed for today’s game and the fans who live it every week.

Why it matters for Blackburn Rovers

The previous Umbro deal ended in 2021 and the club's kits have been supplied by Macron for the past five seasons. Blackburn Rovers are currently 20th in the Championship, with 52 points from 46 games, and 43 points behind leaders Coventry.

What comes next?

The new training range has launched and details of next season’s kits will be revealed in due course. | Category | Stat | | --- | --- | | League standing | 20th | | Points | 52 | | Goal difference | -14 | | Recent form | LWDLD |

We’re delighted to welcome Umbro back to Blackburn Rovers and begin an exciting new chapter together, said COO Suhail Pasha. Umbro has been at the heart of football culture for more than a century, making kit for players, clubs, and communities across every level of the game.

As of July 1, 2026, the club is looking forward to working closely with Umbro to celebrate their heritage while creating products that reflect the ambition of Blackburn Rovers and that their supporters can wear with pride for years to come.
